Behind the Scenes with Liz
We’re back on this New York Fashion Week Friday with another exciting Stylist profile of Liz Wachstein, which is perfect timing since we just announced our first Stylist recruiting event next Thursday!
At Keaton Row, we’re proud to provide our clients with Stylists who represent every type of personal style and budget, and Liz most certainly represents the lady-like mix of Charlotte York meets Carrie Bradshaw (who just so happen to be her personal “celebrity” style icons).

Liz has a stellar background in the world of fashion, having a degree in Consumer Studies from the University of Delaware and studied Fashion Merchandising Management at the renowned Fashion Institute of Technology. She also has enviable on-the-job experience working in retail and as a personal shopper at Gilt Group, J. Crew and Ralph Lauren! We sat down with Liz to find out a bit more about why she became involved with Keaton Row and more about her personal style.
Why did you become a Keaton Row Stylist?
I love empowering women to have the confidence to dress themselves in ensembles that they look and feel great in!
Which designers most inspire you?
Prada, Oscar de la Renta, Chanel, Carolina Hererra, Proenza Schouler.
What’s your go-to style secret?
Weekly blowouts!
If you weren’t styling, where would you be working or what career path might you have chosen?
Styling and personal shopping is my calling. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.
What fashion blogs do you most follow?
J. Crew. and Bergdorf Goodman catalogs as well as fashion magazines also provide great inspiration.
What working female inspires you the most?
Bethany Frankel
What is the most work-friendly trend that you have been seeing on the runways that is accessible to the ladies of Keaton Row?
Incorporating pops of color is really my favorite trend right now! It’s both fun and easy.
We hope you’ve been enjoying getting to know Keaton Row’s founding team of Stylists, and we’re excited about all of the new Stylists who are eager to join us in our quest to help every working woman feel stylish and confident in the work place.
But please don’t think we’re a female-only team – our VP of Technology, Olivier, is a mastermind working behind the scenes to bring you the best web site available in the world of fashion, and we’d love to have all you fashionable men join our team of Stylists, too! We hope you will all join us next Thursday!
